Latham & Watkins Advises Intuit in Partnership with LA Clippers

An Entertainment, Sports & Media team advised the global technology platform in the partnership.

The LA Clippers and Intuit Inc., a global technology platform that makes TurboTax, QuickBooks, Credit Karma and Mint, announced that they have entered a 23-year strategic partnership. Intuit is the exclusive naming rights partner of the Intuit Dome, the future home of the Clippers, which is scheduled to open in Inglewood, California for the 2024-2025 NBA season. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Intuit in the partnership with an entertainment, sports & media team led by Century City partner Adam Sullins with Century City associates Omeed Anvar and Sam Lehman. Advice was also provided on real estate matters by Los Angeles partner Meghan Cocci.
