Latham & Watkins Advises Centerbridge Partners on Financing to Support Acquisition of Medical Solutions

Medical Solutions, one of the largest providers of total workforce solutions in the healthcare industry, has announced a definitive agreement under which funds advised by Centerbridge Partners, L.P. and Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec will acquire the Company from TPG Growth. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Latham & Watkins LLP is representing Centerbridge Partners in the debt financing to support the acquisition with a team led by partners Stelios Saffos, Manu Gayatrinath, and Katherine Putnam, with associates Jennifer Kent, Christopher Wood, and Whitley Johnson.
