Latham & Watkins LLP Advises Baird Capital and Endeavour Vision on Virtual Incision Corporation’s US$46 Million Funding Round

Firm represented the two lead investors in the financing of the company reimagining robotically-assisted surgery.

Virtual Incision Corporation, a medical device company pioneering first-of-its-kind miniaturized robots for laparoscopic surgery, has announced it has raised US$46 million in a Series C funding round. The round was led by Baird Capital and Endeavour Vision, with participation from returning investor Bluestem Capital and others. 

Latham & Watkins LLP represented Baird Capital and Endeavour Vision in the financing with a corporate deal team led by Boston partners Hans Brigham and Evan Smith, with New York associate Teddy Ellison.
