Latham & Watkins Advises Nexters on Business Combination With Kismet and Nasdaq Listing

Cross-border team represents Cyprus-based mobile & social game developer and publisher in SPAC transaction and listing on Nasdaq Global Market.

Latham & Watkins advised Nexters Global Limited, a Cyprus-based mobile & social game developer and publisher, on the consummation of its previously announced business combination with Kismet Acquisition One Corp., a special purpose acquisition company, resulting in Nexters becoming a publicly-listed company. Shares of the newly formed British Virgin Islands parent company, Nexters Inc., began trading on the Nasdaq Global Market on August 27, 2021 under a new GDEV ticker.
