Houston Partner Named 2019 Texas Trailblazer

Houston partner Michael Dillard, Global Chair of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, has been named a 2019 Texas Trailblazer by Texas Lawyer. The award honors lawyers who have made a significant impact on the state’s legal industry.

In his profile article, Dillard was highlighted for helping open the firm’s Houston office in a market that was once impenetrable, as well as the success he has had growing the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice in his current role as Global Chair. He was also recognized for his extensive legal work representing prominent industry players such as Anadarko Petroleum.
