Zoey Wu is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Zoey represents public and private companies and investment banks in corporate finance matters, including capital markets and venture capital transactions in a variety of industries, with a focus on retail and consumer products. She advises underwriters, initial purchasers, and issuers in connection with initial public offerings, direct listings, high yield and investment grade debt securities, and general corporate matters.
Zoey received her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar.
