Zaal advises financial sponsors, including private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and corporates on a broad range of corporate matters, including:

  • Consortium and joint venture arrangements
  • Management incentive schemes, restructurings, and other general corporate matters

Zaal previously trained in the firm’s London office, gaining experience in M&A, investment fund formation, and leveraged finance transactions.
