Wyatt J. Wisnosky

Wyatt Wisnosky is a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Wyatt represents private equity firms, investment banks, and public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, capital markets, and other corporate transactions.  

He advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across a variety of industries. 

While in law school, Wyatt externed for Judge Ryan T. Holte of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
