Wyatt Wisnosky is a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Wyatt represents private equity firms, investment banks, and public and private companies as issuers and underwriters and initial purchasers on a range of capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings and follow-on equity offerings, investment-grade and high-yield debt, and Rule 144A/Regulation S private placements.

Wyatt also represents emerging growth and venture-backed companies through financing rounds. His experience includes advising founders and management teams on company structure and venture financings, and navigating strategic transactions from early-stage growth investments to later-stage liquidity events.

He advises clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions across a variety of industries, including clients in the defense, telecommunications, financial institutions, hospitality, automotive, and retail industries.

While in law school, Wyatt externed for Judge Ryan T. Holte of the United States Court of Federal Claims.
