William Brown is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.
William represents public and private companies, venture funds, and financial institutions in a range of complex transactions and corporate matters including:
William maintains an active pro bono practice, representing veterans, non-profit organizations, and indigent clients.
While in law school, William served as notes and submissions editor of the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. William received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan, where he was a James B. Angell Scholar and graduated with Distinction.
