William George Swanson

Will Swanson is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Corporate Department.

Mr. Swanson represents institutional investors, owners, developers, and lenders in sophisticated real estate transactions with an emphasis on acquisitions, dispositions, lending, and joint ventures.

Mr. Swanson graduated from UCLA School of Law, where he received two Masin Family Academic Excellence Awards. Mr. Swanson was the vice president of the Real Estate Law Association and a writing advisor.
