Wenjia Yu

Wenjia Yu is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Wenjia represents public and private companies and private equity funds in a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, and private equity transactions. 

Wenjia attended Duke University School of Law, where she served as a staff editor for the Duke Journal of Comparative & International Law and was a member of the Duke Asian Pacific American Law Student Association.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Wenjia was a summer associate in Latham’s Washington, D.C. office.
