Wei Cai is a member of the Corporate Department in Latham & Watkins' Washington D.C. office. Ms. Cai’s practice focuses on various corporate finance transactions, including capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings.

 

Ms. Cai's recent experience includes:

  • The underwriters on the US$1 billion IPO of American depositary shares of Nio Inc., a pioneer in China’s premium electric vehicle market, on the New York Stock Exchange
  • The underwriters on the US$483 million initial public offering of American depositary shares of Bilibili Inc., an iconic brand of online entertainment for young generations in China, on the Nasdaq Global Select Market
  • The underwriters on the US$143 million initial public offering of American depositary shares of GreenTree Hospitality Group Ltd., a Chinese franchised hotel operator, on the New York Stock Exchange
