Vincent Reijns is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Vincent represents clients in complex proceedings before the European Commission, the Belgian Competition Authority, and the Interfederal Screening Committee, as well as before EU and Belgian courts. Vincent’s transactional practice focuses on obtaining regulatory transaction clearances, with a particular focus on foreign direct investment in the EU and globally.
As a litigator, Vincent advises clients on general Belgian and EU law issues, including regulatory, commercial, competition, and corporate law matters. His experience covers a broad range of industry sectors, including automotive, pharma, manufacturing, energy, and technology.
Prior to joining Latham, Vincent worked as an associate at an international law firm in Brussels.
