Uriel Hinberg is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Supreme Court & Appellate Practice.

Uriel’s practice encompasses a broad range of civil matters, primarily focused on appeals. On the federal level, he has drafted briefs in the Supreme Court; the Third, Fourth, Seventh, and Ninth Circuits; and in various district courts. He has also drafted briefs in California state courts, including in the California Supreme Court. 

Uriel’s cases span a range of subject areas, including arbitration, bankruptcy, and administrative law. 

Prior to joining Latham, Uriel clerked for Judge Douglas H. Ginsburg of the United States Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit. 

Uriel received his JD, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he graduated as a member of the Order of the Coif.
