Beau Parker is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.

Beau represents clients in all facets of complex insolvency and restructuring matters

Prior to joining Latham, Beau worked as an analyst at CME Group and Citadel Securities, focusing on derivatives and equities market structure.

While in law school, Beau was chair of the Moot Court Board and volunteered for Philadelphia Legal Assistance, representing individuals seeking unemployment compensation in administrative hearings and appeals.

Beau is a member of the Public Interest Law Initiative’s Young Professionals Board and maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing families and minors in guardianship and adoption proceedings. He also serves as a guest lecturer on bankruptcy, including at Northwestern University.

  • Exela Technologies, a provider of business process automation, payment processing, and digital transformation services to clients in the Americas and Asia, in its chapter 11 restructuring
  • JOANN, a leading national retailer of sewing, arts, and crafts, in its prepackaged chapter 11 restructuring
  • MOD Super-Fast Pizza Holdings, LLC (MOD Pizza) in restructuring matters related to its sale to Elite Restaurant Group
  • Travelport, a global technology company that powers travel bookings, in their recapitalization
  • JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in its capacity as ABL Lender, in connection with the chapter 11 restructuring of Franchise Group, Inc., owner of The Vitamin Shoppe, Pet Supplies Plus, Buddy’s Home Furnishings, and American Freight
  • Amphenol Corporation, in its acquisition of the mobile network businesses of CommScope, a manufacturer of coaxial and fiber optic cable products
