Thomas Harbor is an associate in the Brussels office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Antitrust & Competition Practice.
Thomas represents international companies before the European Commission (EC) and national competition authorities on all aspects of competition law, with a particular focus on merger control, foreign direct investment (FDI), FSR, and regulatory issues.
Prior to joining Latham, Thomas worked as an associate in the competition practice of another international law firm in Brussels. He previously worked in investment banking and strategy consulting at international firms in Paris, as well as financial attaché at the French Embassy in Beijing, China.
Thomas is an adjunct lecturer at Sciences Po in Paris. He is the Founding Editor of What’s up EU, a weekly newsletter on European affairs.
