Taylor Larson advises investors, companies, private equity sponsors, and other clients on M&A and other significant corporate transactions. Taylor has represented clients in a range of industries, including entertainment, sports, and media.
Prior to becoming a lawyer, Taylor worked in London as an associate in the Financial and Strategic Investors Group within the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs, where he advised family offices and founder-owned companies across Europe.
While in law school, Taylor was a staff editor for the University of Miami Law Review and a member of the Charles C. Papy, Jr. Moot Court Board. Taylor received the Dean’s Certificate of Achievement Award for his work advising technology startups in Miami Law’s Startup Clinic. Taylor also received CALI awards for his work in the Transactional Skills program and in Negotiating and Drafting for the Business of Entertainment.
Prior to joining Latham, Taylor was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm.
