Tarek Soliman is an associate in the Dubai office of Latham & Watkins.

Tarek advises private equity funds and sovereign investors on all stages of the investment cycle of complex cross-border transactions including private M&A, public takeovers, joint ventures, complex carve-outs, equity capital markets transactions, and other corporate matters, including minority and preferred equity investments, consortium transactions, restructurings, and management equity plans.

Tarek previously worked for a white-shoe firm in its London office, and a Magic Circle law firm in its London and Dubai offices.

Tarek also completed a secondment to the legal team of Mubadala Investment Company PJSC.
