Sylvia Zhang represents clients in novel and high-stakes antitrust litigation across industries. She has substantial experience in litigation, including conducting depositions, negotiating requests, and preparing expert witnesses.

Prior to joining Latham, Sylvia spent three years as an attorney at the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), where she worked on merger and conduct investigations and litigation within the technology sector. She was awarded the FTC's Stephen Nye Award for outstanding performance as a junior attorney. Sylvia also served as a law clerk to Judge Andrew P. Gordon of the United States District Court for the District of Nevada and Chief Justice Mark V. Green of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
