Sydney Kirlan-Stout is an associate in the Silicon Valley office of Latham & Watkins.
Prior to joining the firm full time, Sydney was a summer associate in the London office.
Sydney earned her JD from Stanford Law School. While in law school, Sydney served as an article editor for the Stanford Journal of Civil Rights and Civil Liberties, represented Bay Area nonprofits as part of the Organizations & Transactions clinic, and earned her LLM in European and International Business Law from the University of Vienna.
Prior to law school, Sydney earned her LLB from the University of Edinburgh, where she graduated with first class honors.
