Stanley Onyeador is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.
Stanley advises private equity sponsors (together with their portfolio companies) and strategic buyers and sellers in a range of industries on complex and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, other strategic corporate transactions, and general corporate matters.
Stanley's experience includes transactions in the technology, retail and consumer products, biotech and pharmaceuticals, entertainment, real estate, and manufacturing industries.
Stanley maintains an active pro bono practice, including assisting small businesses owned by members of underrepresented minority communities on general corporate matters in partnership with Bet Tzedek’s Small Business Development Program.
Prior to joining Latham, Stanley was an associate at another leading law firm in its New York office. Prior to attending law school, Stanley worked at a leading public sector management consulting firm providing guidance and software products to education agencies.
