Latham & Watkins Advises Wonder in Acquisition of Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken

Wonder, the fast-growing mealtime platform, has announced its acquisition of Blue Ribbon Fried Chicken, a New York City–based fast-casual concept known for its award-winning fried chicken.

Latham & Watkins LLP represents Wonder in the transaction with a corporate deal team led by Los Angeles partner Andrew Clark, associate Stanley Onyeador, San Diego partner Steve Chinowsky, and counsel Robert Yeh, with associates Kristina Funahashi, Lauren Richardson, and Stephen Oh.
