Stacey Hall is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins.

Stacey advises companies and private equity firms in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Stacey was a summer associate in Latham’s Houston office.

While attending law school at Arizona State University, Stacey served on the boards of the Corporate and Business Law Journal and the Corporate and Business Law Society. She also served as a limited-practice student attorney supporting small businesses at the Innovation Advancement Clinic.

Stacey’s experience includes advising:

  • Vistra Corporation, a retail electricity and power generation provider, in its acquisition of the Cogentrix portfolio of power generation assets
  • Ara Partners, an investment firm focused on industrial decarbonization, in its acquisition of a majority stake in Microtec, an industrial technology company
  • ArcLight Capital Partners, an investment firm focused on energy infrastructure, in its acquisition of a partial interest in NGPL, a strategic natural gas infrastructure system
  • Established, a global brand licensing company, in its joint venture with ACI Licensing and related acquisition of Badgley Mischka, a fashion brand
  • Ares Management, an alternative investment manager, in its sale of the Potomac Energy Center power plant, to Blackstone
  • Priority Power, an energy management services and consulting firm, in its acquisition by I Squared Capital
  • R.R. Donnelley & Sons Company, a marketing, print and supply chain solutions provider, in its acquisition of Vericast, a marketing technology and analytics company
