Sibel Baran is a finance associate in Latham & Watkins’ Munich office. She advises German and international clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions.
Sibel represents financial institutions, direct lending funds, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in connection with:
- Cross-border and domestic acquisition financings
- General corporate financing transactions
- Financial restructurings
- Bank and bond transactions
Before joining Latham as an associate, Sibel gained experience in Latham’s Banking & Finance Practice as a law clerk.
