  • Apollo Global Management and Tega Industries consortium on the acquisition of Molycop, an Australia-based global supplier of grinding media for the mining industry
  • Trustar Capital, formerly CITIC Capital Partners, on the acquisition of equity interest in McDonald’s China for a total consideration of approximately US$430 million. This transaction was awarded PE/VC Deal of the Year by China Business Law Journal’s Deals of the Year Awards 2024
  • HGC Global Communications Investment Holding Limited on its amendment and extension of HK$7.4 billion financing in connection with the acquisition of Hutchison Global Company Investment Holding Limited, a Hong Kong-based internet service provider
  • Growtheum Capital Partners on the acquisition of a minority stake in Mets Logistics, a Philippines-based cold chain solutions provider
  • The underwriters on the HK$333 million initial public offering of Baiwang, a Chinese enterprise digitalization solutions provider, on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong
