Shreya Patel

Shreya Patel is an associate in the Houston office of Latham & Watkins. Ms. Patel represents public and private companies in mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets offerings.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Patel was a summer associate in the Houston office.

While in law school, Ms. Patel was a notes and comments editor for the Houston Law Review as well as a legal writing fellow for her school’s legal research and writing department. She was a member of the Order of the Barons academic honor society and a research assistant for Professor Gina S. Warren.
