Latham & Watkins LLP represented MISM in the transaction with a deal team led by partners Mark Proctor, John Miller, and Haim Zaltzman, with associates Mason Taylor, Chloe Wallace, Mario Richards, and Shreya Patel. Advice was also provided on financial regulatory matters by partner Arthur Long; and on funds regulatory matters by partner Laura Ferrell.
