Shayna Servillas is an associate in the Century City office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Prior to joining Latham, Shayna was a summer associate in the San Francisco office of Ropes & Gray with a secondment at The Carlyle Group. She previously worked as a private equity intern at Shore Capital Partners in Chicago, and as an intern in the economics department of the US Securities and Exchange Commission.

Shayna received her JD from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. While in law school, she served as private sector chair of the Columbia Law Women’s Association. Additionally, she worked with Harlem-based start-up companies in the Entrepreneurship Clinic.

Before law school, she received her Masters in Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management. There, she performed a quantitative finance research project on ESG for WorldQuant.
