Sara Mae has handled litigation involving contract disputes and class actions on behalf of major players across a range of industries. Her experience includes conducting offensive and defensive depositions, preparing company executives and key witnesses for examination, and developing strategies for direct and cross examinations at trial. She is skilled at crafting persuasive briefings across all stages of litigation, combining a sharp command of the law with a strategic, narrative-driven approach to factual development.

Prior to entering private practice, Sara Mae served as a legal extern in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Los Angeles, where she supported matters involving prisoners’ rights, Section 1983 claims, and employment discrimination.

While earning her JD at Yale Law School, Sara Mae contributed to academic research on conflict of laws, sat on the board of the Trial Advocacy Program, served as an online editor for the Yale Journal of Regulation, and participated in the Supreme Court Advocacy Clinic.
