Sara Sayma is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Industry Group and Financial Regulatory Practice.

Ms. Sayma’s practice covers a range of financial services regulatory matters, in both an advisory and a transactional context. Ms. Sayma has experience advising a number of leading global financial institutions and market infrastructure providers.

Prior to joining Latham in 2022, Ms. Sayma was an associate in the financial services regulatory department of a leading UK law firm. During this time, Ms. Sayma spent time on secondment at a global investment bank, where she focused on LIBOR transition and benchmarks regulation.
