Sandy was previously seconded to BofA Securities, where he advised on equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions.
A recognized leader at the firm, Sandy serves as a Vice Chair of Latham’s Inclusion, Opportunity & Community Committee and as a member of Latham’s Recruiting Committee. He previously served as a member of the firm’s Associates Committee and Diversity Leadership Committee and as local leader of the Black Lawyers Group in New York.
