Sandy Kugbei is a member of the firm’s Capital Markets Practice.
Sandy advises issuers and investment banking firms on a broad range of domestic and cross-border capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, direct listings, follow-on equity offerings, and investment grade and high-yield debt offerings. Sandy also provides general corporate and US securities law advice to private and public companies.
Sandy was previously seconded to BofA Securities, where he advised on a broad array of equity and equity-linked capital markets transactions.
A recognized leader at the firm, Sandy serves as a Vice Chair of the firm’s Inclusion, Opportunity & Community Committee and as a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee. He previously served as a member of the firm’s Associates Committee and as local leader of the Black Lawyers Group in New York.
