Christine Tun is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Data & Technology Transactions Practice.
Christine advises clients across the full spectrum of the technology sector, from emerging technology startups to global technology giants, and has expertise in a broad range of industries, including private equity, technology, social media, gaming, financial services, and healthcare and life sciences.
Her practice encompasses advising on complex commercial contracts, intellectual property matters, data privacy, technology regulation (including the regulation of artificial intelligence, digital services, and online safety under frameworks such as the EU AI Act, the EU Digital Services Act, and the UK Online Safety Act), consumer protection, and private equity and M&A transactions.
She also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing a global eye health charity on its core commercial contracts, licensing of its proprietary software, and management of its IP portfolio.
