Samantha Si is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Si advises on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, insurance, and general corporate matters.

Ms. Si previously trained in the firm’s London office gaining experience in litigation and trial, corporate, project finance, and real estate finance matters.

  • Just Group Plc, on the increase of its reinsurance coverage on tranches of existing and new business, and the expected implementation of a new mortality basis, in its longevity reinsurance arrangements with two reinsurers (SCOR SE and General Reinsurance)
  • Integro, an Odyssey Investments portfolio company on its acquisition of Risk Transfer Group, an international insurance and reinsurance broker
