Samantha Si is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Si’s practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, emerging companies, venture capital, and general corporate matters.

In addition to her legal practice, Ms. Si is a member of the firm’s Diversity Leadership Committee (previously being a local leader of Latham’s Women Lawyer Group in London) and leads certain initiatives for pro bono clients of the firm, including Cancer Research UK.

Ms. Si previously trained in the firm’s London office gaining experience in litigation and trial, corporate, project finance, and real estate finance matters.
