Latham & Watkins Advises Investors on Apron’s Series A Round

London team represents investors on funding round of intuitive payment management platform.
Latham & Watkins has advised Index Ventures and Bessemer Venture Partners on the US$15 million Series A funding round of Apron Payments, an intuitive payment management platform that consolidates invoices and payment flows.
The round was led by Index Ventures with participation from existing investors, Bessemer Venture Partners and Visionaries Club.
The Latham team was led by London corporate partner Shing Lo, with associates Samantha Si, Venice Ma, and Cyrus Fung.
