Transaction enables ComplyAdvantage to provide enhanced financial crime risk insights.
Latham & Watkins has advised ComplyAdvantage, a leader in financial crime intelligence, on its acquisition of Golden Recursion Inc (Golden), a San Francisco-based innovator automating the construction of one of the world’s largest knowledge graphs. The acquisition will enable ComplyAdvantage to provide its clients with even more comprehensive real-time financial crime risk insights.
Latham previously advised ComplyAdvantage in its Series C and Series C-1 financings.
The Latham team was led by London partner Shing Lo and New York partner Eli Curi, and New York associate Evan Kirsch, with London associates Cyrus Fung and Samantha Si.
