Robin Hellebrekers is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

Robin advises public and private companies, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies, with respect to executive compensation considerations in the context of mergers, divestitures, bankruptcies and other corporate transactions.

She also counsels companies on issues related to ongoing compensation-related needs, including:

  • Equity compensation plans and structures
  • Executive employment and separation agreements
  • Severance, retention and change in control arrangements 
  • Securities law disclosure relating to executive compensation arrangements
