Latham & Watkins represented Lindsay Goldberg in financing transactions totaling US$2.82 billion, including US$935 million aggregate principal amount of 7.375% senior secured notes due 2033, a new senior secured first-lien term loan facility in an aggregate principal amount of US$1.135 billion, and a new senior secured asset-based revolving credit facility with commitments of US$750 million.
