Robert Dinan

Robert Dinan is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Robert represents sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, private credit funds, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings.

Prior to joining Latham, Robert trained at one of Ireland’s leading corporate law firms.
