Altaris, LLC (collectively with its managed funds, Altaris) has announced that it completed the acquisition of the Life Sciences & Healthcare business from Clarivate plc (NYSE: CLVT).
Latham & Watkins LLP represented the financing sources supporting the acquisition with a cross-border team in the US and London led by Stelios Saffos, Global Chair of Latham’s Capital Markets and Hybrid Capital practices, and partners John Lister and Fergus Wheeler, with associates Rob Rogowski, Samantha Rudd, Judy Lee, Marco Zacchino, and Robert Dinan.
