Richard Reynolds is a corporate associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Rich was a summer associate in the Boston office.
Rich received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, Rich was a Business Law Scholar and Institute of International Economic Law Fellow. He received Georgetown Law’s Exceptional Pro Bono Recognition for completing over 200 hours of service. Rich also served as a contracts tutor and worked as a research assistant concentrating on fintech and digital assets. He served as a Summer Scholar for the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) – Division of Enforcement, and legal intern for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) – Enforcement, the Executive Office of the President – Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (OIRA), the US Department of Justice (DOJ) – Criminal Division, Money Laundering and Asset Recovery Section (MLARS), and the Washington Capitals. He was also a Georgetown Fellow for the National Association of Counties (NACo).
Prior to law school, Rich worked for State Street Corporation and was a New York City Teaching Fellow high school English teacher in the Bronx.
