Richard Dodding is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Mr. Dodding represents clients in a broad range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and general corporate matters.

Mr. Dodding's experience includes advising: 

  • A multinational insurance company on its international placing and public offer*
  • A global consumer goods company on the sale of its infant formula and child nutrition business*
  • A multinational financial services company on its joint venture with a financial services group in Africa*
  • A private equity firm on its acquisition of a leading digital distributor of insurance and household financial services*
