Regan Louise Barney

Regan Barney is a corporate associate in the Austin office of Latham & Watkins.

Regan represents public and private companies, financial institutions, and emerging growth companies in a range of complex transactions and corporate matters, including venture capital financings, capital markets offerings, and general corporate governance.

Regan also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing individuals in US immigration and asylum cases in partnership with American Gateways.

Prior to joining Latham full time, Regan worked as a summer associate in the firm’s New York and Austin offices.
