    Rebecca Pecora is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.

    Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Pecora was a summer associate in the New York office. Ms. Pecora maintains an active pro bono practice through Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts.

    Ms. Pecora received her JD from Duke University School of Law. Prior to law school, she earned her BS from the University of Florida. 

    Experience

    Ms. Pecora's experience includes advising:

    • Skydance Media in its pending merger with Paramount to form “New Paramount” at an enterprise value of approximately US$28 billion and Skydance at US$4.75 billion
    • Endeavor in its pending US$13 billion sale to Silver Lake
    • Manchester United in its sale of an approximately 30% equity interest to Sir Jim Ratcliffe for US$1.6 billion
    • EverPass Media, a RedBird Capital Partners portfolio company, in its acquisition of UPshow and investment by TKO Group Holdings
