Rachel Staub is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Staub advises public and private companies in transactions, including:

  • Term loans and credit facilities
  • Public and private offerings
  • Mergers and acquisitions

Ms. Staub graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law, where she served as vice president of the Student Bar Association and Co-Chair of the Graduation Committee. She also served as the Professional Programs Chair of Virginia Law Women and as the development editor for the Virginia Law and Business Review.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Staub served as an intern for the Civil Rights Division of the US Department of Justice.

Ms. Staub’s experience includes representing:

  • Tyra Biosciences in their initial public offering
  • Essex Property Trust in its bond offerings totaling over US$2 billion
  • Underwriter in the Ultragenyx ATM offering
  • Underwriter in the CareDx, Inc. common stock offering
  • Caesars Entertainment in its acquisition of William Hill
