Latham & Watkins Represents Lime in US$174 Million IPO
Neutron Holdings, Inc. (Lime), the largest global shared micromobility business, has closed its initial public offering of 6,956,522 shares of its common stock, 6,679,791 shares of which were offered by Lime and 276,731 shares of which were offered by certain existing stockholders (the selling stockholders), at an initial public offering price of US$25.00 per share. Lime granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,043,478 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less any underwriting discounts and commissions. Lime did not receive any proceeds from any sale of shares by the selling stockholders. The shares began trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker symbol LIME on July 1, 2026.
