Dr. Philipp Steinrück is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department of the Munich office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group.

Dr. Steinrück advises in national and international arbitration proceedings as well as in litigation before German courts. In addition, he advises and represents German and foreign companies as well as individuals in all areas of national and international conflict resolution.

Prior to joining Latham as an associate, Dr. Steinrück worked as a research assistant at the Friedrich Alexander University Erlangen Nürnberg. He received his doctorate with the thesis "The capital market's interest in postponing ad hoc publicity".

Before and during his legal clerkship, he worked for many years in renowned international commercial law firms in the areas of trademark law, private equity, and litigation, including stations in New York (USA) and Alicante (Spain).
