Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Azulay was an associate at another global law firm, where she represented clients in capital markets and lending transactions. Before that, she practiced in Buenos Aires at a leading international law firm, where she primarily handled corporate and M&A transactions.

Ms. Azulay’s experience includes advising on:

  • Blackstone’s US$13 billion acquisition financing of Thomson Reuter’s Financial and Risk Business*
  • Credit facilities for Aramark*
