Paula combines extensive corporate experience with a transactional and detail-oriented perspective to help clients navigate:

Prior to joining Latham, Paula was an associate at another global law firm, where she represented clients in capital markets and lending transactions. Before that, she practiced in Buenos Aires at a leading international law firm, where she primarily handled corporate and M&A transactions.
