Latham Advises on Citadel Securities Global Holdings LLC’s Senior Secured Notes Offerings Totaling US$1.2 Billion

Citadel Securities Global Holdings LLC has issued US$700 million 5.500% senior secured notes due 2030 and US$500 million 6.200% senior secured notes due 2035. The offerings settled on June 18, 2025.
