Pastora Little-Morgan is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Tax Department.

Pastora advises clients on a range of transactional tax matters, with a focus on the tax aspects of corporate and finance transactions, multijurisdictional tax planning, and tax-related finance and structuring.

Having trained in the firm’s London office, Pastora has worked across different practice areas, including Finance, Corporate, ESG, and Tax. She is a local leader of the Women’s Lawyer Group and sits on the London Office Sustainability Committee.

Pastora also maintains an active pro bono practice, including:

  • Providing tax advice to nonprofit organizations and charities
  • Representing survivors of domestic abuse in the UK through the Domestic Abuse Response Alliance (DARA)
  • Providing legal services to Cancer Research UK

Pastora’s experience includes advising:

  • The consortium led by Andrew Cavenagh and 49ers Enterprises Global Football Group on its acquisition of a majority stake in Rangers Football Club
  • The underwriters on Klarna Group Plc’s US$1.37 Billion IPO
  • Honeywell on its acquisition of Johnson Matthey’s Catalyst Technologies business segment for £1.8 billion
  • The lead arrangers, term loan lenders, and underwriters on the debt and equity financing for the €2.7 billion acquisition of Bally’s international interactive business by Intralot
  • CFC, a leading technology-driven global insurance business, on a US$1.7 billion refinancing
  • Unioil Petroleum Philippines on its sale of a 25% stake to Aramco
  • Onex Partners on their acquisition of Farsound, a leading global supply chain solutions provider for the aerospace engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul market
