Pascal Jakowec is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Litigation & Trial Department.

Pascal handles complex and high-stakes litigation and government investigations matters across several industries. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, assisting clients on matters related to housing and immigration.

Pascal earned his JD from The UC Berkeley School of Law, where he served as an executive editor on the California Law Review, and as supervising editor on both the Berkeley Journal of International Law and the Berkeley Criminal Law Journal. During law school, he worked for the Criminal and National Security Divisions of the United States Attorney’s Office. He also worked for the California Department of Justice and the Colorado Governor’s Office of Legal Counsel. Pascal served as the vice president of the Student Association at Berkeley Law.

Prior to joining Latham, Pascal worked as a summer associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
